How to Choose Size
Pick the Size option below that corresponds to the Size you wish to knit to purchase the kit with the qty of skeins you will need. For example, if you wish to knit Size XL, pick option Sizes L-XL.
Materials Included in Kit:
Manos del Uruguay Marla (100% superwash merino; approx. 273 yds/100 g): 4 (4, 5, 6) (6, 7, 7) sks in the colour of your choice.
Other Required Materials (not included in kit):
US 6/4 mm straight or 24” to 32” circular needle, or size needed to obtain gauge
US 5/3.75 mm 16” and 24” to 32” circular needles
Removable markers or scrap yarn
Stitch marker
One 1” button
Tapestry needle
GAUGE 26 sts and 35 rows = 4”/10 cm in Textured Rib using larger needle(s), slightly stretched (see Notes).
NOTES The back and fronts are worked separately and seamed together during finishing.
For checking gauge and the dimensions of the pieces, “slightly stretched” means to stretch the textured rib fabric gently sideways until the 3-stitch purl columns appear about the same width as 1½ knit stitches.
