This is WELL OVERDUE. I had ordered a knitting needle pack and realized quite a time later that they had sent me the wrong size. I hadn’t used them yet because it was over the summer months (I don’t knit over the summer because it is too hot). I contacted the store to ask them about how or if anything could be done and I believe her name was Tina. She was so amazing. She arranged for a label to be made and for me to ship back the old ones and she shipped me out the set that I had actually bought not a lot of stores would’ve gone to the links that this store did to fix the issue because of a timeframe that had passed. I really appreciate this store and the length that they went to to fix the issue. TOP NOTCH Customer Service all the way!

I’ve ordered yarn online from Artisanthropy a few times. Each time the yarn was delivered to my door within a week including the last time over the Thanksgiving long weekend. On my last order, the online store did not have enough of my chosen colour so I called and they said they would order more and ship it as soon as it was received. They sent an email outlining the timing of my shipment so I knew what to expect. The store is friendly, efficient and customer-focused. I feel respected and valued.
