Cancellations

Note: See below for our Refund policy, which applies to all requested order cancellations.

Cancellations are possible within 1 hour of the order being placed. Orders placed greater than one hour previous to the cancellation request will ship, and can be returned upon receipt, subject to our return policy below.

Please note, we are unable to cover return shipping fees for order cancellations. 

Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused items only. We do not accept returns on knitting needles or crochet hooks, or knitting needle or crochet hook sets. Unless due to our own error, returns are shipped to us at the customer's expense. We will cover replacement item shipping unless the original order achieved free shipping. We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of the transaction, or the receipt of the product if tracking information is purchased for your shipment.

Refunds

Refunds of customer-cancelled and -returned orders are provided to gift cards only.

Please note that items purchased using our Artisan Rewards program discounts will be refunded in the amount paid by the customer at the time of discount usage. Please note that Artisan Rewards Points, and the discounts they are traded for, are non-refundable, and hold no cash value.
