Easter Holiday Long Weekend Shipping Delays

Please note, orders placed after 10am on Thursday, April 17th, through Monday, April 21st, will be held, and begin to ship in sequence beginning in the morning on Tuesday, April 22nd. Please build this fulfillment delay into your order delivery expectations, and give us a few days to catch up once we are back in the shop. Our time, and resources, are very limited. How Long Does It Take?

We work diligently to dispatch orders as quickly and as accurately as possible. Please allow us up to 4 business days (our business days are Monday-Friday) to prep and get your order to our shippers, and/or to follow up with you should there be something preventing us from fulfilling your order within that timeframe. From time to time, especially after long weekends/holidays, or during sale periods, we may need an extra 4-5 business days to catch up on orders. 

 Shipments to U.S.A. can take anywhere from 6-20 business days from the date of fulfillment, depending on shipping level selected during checkout, and your location. Should you need your order faster than this, be sure to upgrade your shipping level to one of our partner couriers such as UPS or Fedex.

 

 

 

Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused items only. We do not accept returns on knitting needles or crochet hooks, or knitting needle or crochet hook sets. Unless due to our own error, returns are shipped to us at the customer's expense. We will cover replacement item shipping unless the original order was under our free shipping threshold. We are unable to cover the costs of international shipping for replacement items. We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of the transaction, or the receipt of the product if tracking information is purchased for your shipment.
